Shipping costs and returns

Here you’ll find all the info you’ll need about how we post, ship and deliver our parcels.
For standard shipping we use the post office (Correos de España) and for courier delivery we use DHL/FedEx. and ups

We send out items on a weekly basis only,for any fast delivery requirements please contact us and we will do our best to arrange delivery.

NATIONAL

Within Spain, Standard Delivery is FREE on orders of €50 and above.

For orders under € 50, a € 6.. charge will be applied.

Expect your items to be delivered within 2-3 days.

WITHIN THE EU

Standard shipments to EU countries will be delivered within 3-8 days at a rate of €9.20 PER ITEM with tracking number.

Courier delivery will take 2-4 days ,can be done but please advice us first and we will find out the costs and tell you..

INTERNATIONAL

Standard deliveries to the rest of the world with takes 5-14 days at a rate of of €12.60 per parcel with a tracking number.

Courier shipments to the rest of the world with takes between 4-7 days. we will have to find out prices and let you know for this additional costs..if you have an account with any courier company please let us know and we send the dress with your account if you wish..

PLEASE NOTE

We can exchange goods delivered abroad, but we will charge postage for these exchanges at the standard overseas delivery rates.
Please note that standard delivery parcels cannot be tracked.
All prices are in Euros (EUR). If paying with a non-EU credit or debit card, please check with your card issuer for conversion rates and any charges they may levy on foreign currency transactions. Your credit card provider will apply the conversion rate at the time of the transaction; any refunds we make will be in EU and are likely to be at a different rate to the original transaction.
Please note that customers in Norway and Switzerland may be liable to pay customs duties on deliveries.
Standard prices may not apply to parcels over 5kg, and customers may be contacted after payment for additional postal charges.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
